2018 ICOI Registration Guideline
The registration fee of the 2018-ICOI conference is USD$ 440 for each paper registered before May 15, 2018 or USD$480 after May 15, 2018. Each paper should be registered at least by one author; otherwise it will be regarded as withdrawn automatically.

In case that the paper is multi-authored and more than one author would like to participate in the conference, each author needs to make registration and pay the registration fee separately; USD$440 for each author before 15, May, 2018 or USD$480 after 15, May, 2018. The registration fee covers all conference sessions, luncheon and the dinner gala of July, 07 2018, two coffee breaks, and one copy of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Notably, the registration fee must be received before Jun. 07 2017 to assure conference participation. 50% of the registration fee can be refunded for withdrawal before Jun. 07 2017. However, there will be no refund after that date.
